Starting from the search engine, key in the name of your destination town/city so as to bring up a list of the hotels you are looking for.

There are two ways for you to book a room: 1- Once you have looked for your hotel and looked up the detailed description of this hotel, click on the "Reserve" button and book your room with just a few clicks of the mouse! 2- From the home page or the top navigation bar, click on "Reserve", key in the name of your destination town/city and you will bring up the list of available hotels meeting the geographical criteria that you have indicated. If you are still hesitating, you may look up the detailed data sheet pertaining to the hotel of your choice prior to actually making the reservation with just a few clicks of the mouse!

Starting from the search engine or the "Hotels" section, all you need do is click on "Search" and then key in the name of your destination town/city so as to bring up a list of the hotels meeting your criteria. Choose the one you would be interested in and you will bring up a detailed data sheet of the hotel in question.

From the home page or using the navigation bar at the bottom of the page, click on "Reservation tracking" and key in the reservation number given to you when you confirmed your booking (via the Internet only). You will then be able to look up your reservation, change or cancel it.

From the home page or using the navigation bar at the bottom of the page, click on "Reservation tracking" then on the link "if you have forgotten your reservation number" (in the top right-hand corner of the screen). We will guide you so as to pass your reservation number on to you in a way which guarantees confidentiality (i.e. by message sent to your e-mail address or mobile phone).

You may click on the "reservation conditions" link at any time in order to look up the sales conditions directly on the Internet site.
