A facilitated experience as soon as you arrive
Upon arrival, you can check in via a welcome desk with facial recognition, a mobile room key, or a welcome robot. It also possible to contact our team if you need.
A connected experience throughout your stay
At the restaurant, technology appears as a simple QR code to scan for tracking your order, paying your bill, or splitting it. You can easily pay for different types of hotel services thanks to the Scan & Pay technology.
In your room, you will be able to create your own experience by using your new personal assistant: a friendly little robot that manages all of the room’s settings, from the lighting to the audio and video devices, as well as the air quality thanks to a purifying technology.
Modular “smart design” spaces to facilitate co-working
To stimulate creativity and encourage discussion, the space is designed around an auditorium overlooking the lobby with a giant screen. In this space, it is easy to work together, but also, and more, to enjoy movie nights or gaming sessions with the community. Modular conference rooms are also available.
The Campanile Jing An Hotel was selected to be the first SmartHotel prototype. To follow up on this initiative, we aim to create an ecosystem of smart hotels across the globe.
