Después de dos noches de comer comida horrible en la cosechadora frente decidimos probar una comida aquí y no nos decepcionó. 1 curry y 1 pollo, excelente relación calidad-precio y las bebidas estaban a mitad de precio del hotel de enfrente. Tengo entendido que las habitaciones son bastante caros por cualquier evento que Silverstone tienen.

After two nights of eating awful food at the Harvester opposite we decided to try a meal here and we certainly weren't disappointed. 1 curry and 1 chicken dish, excellent value for money and the drinks were half the price of the hotel opposite too. I understand that the rooms are quite expensive around any event that Silverstone have though.

Bastante básico y personal parecen ser más interesado en jaleo en sus teléfonos detrás del bar que sirve a los clientes o se registran.
La salida señora era mucho mejor me adhiero.
Situación Wifi no era explicado en registro, así que me costó 8 libras. 95 cuando realmente no necesita.
La comida era bastante estándar. Nada de lo que quejarse, pero no va a ganar ningún premio.
Las habitaciones están bien, un poco delgadas pero edredones limpio y los baños son amplios.
Leer una crítica anterior sobre alguien haciendo un cargo de parking y el ridículo de respuesta. Afortunadamente no introdujera mi reg, pero no hay nada que diga que no esta en la recepción y el personal también dijo nada.
Holiday Inn está literalmente al lado, creo que merece la pena pagar 10 libras allí la próxima vez.
Habría sido de 3 estrellas si no fuera por la actitud de las respuestas en los comentarios de otras personas.

Pretty basic and staff seem more interested in messing about on their phones behind the bar than serving customers or checking you in.
The check out lady was far better may I add.
WIFI situation wasn't explained on check in so cost me £8.95 when it really didn't need to.
Food was pretty standard. Nothing to really complain about but it's not going to win any awards.
Rooms are ok, duvets a bit thin but clean and bathrooms are spacious.
Read a previous review about someone getting a parking charge and the ridiculous response. Luckily I did input my reg but there is nothing to tell you to do this on reception and the staff also said nothing.
Holiday Inn is literally next door, think it's worth the extra £10 there next time.
Would have been 3 stars if it wasn't for the attitude in responses on other people's reviews.

Primero de todo me gustaría decir que este hotel tiene todo lo básico en un hotel económico, pero por desgracia lo hace terrible es el servicio de cada miembro del personal, que parece odiar su trabajo. Primero de todo el conserje supone ser acogedor y cálido en su lugar es frío y muy triste. En vez de preguntarnos cómo podemos ayudar parece molesto que estás incluso pedir nada. Nos dijo que haber reservado habitaciones y parece gustaba alojados allí como una molestia. En segundo lugar pedimos una cuna y me dijeron que deberíamos haber reservado la cuna de nuestro hijo de 1 años que también estaba mal en el tiempo. Intentamos explicarle que olvidamos nuestro, pero la persona no quiere escuchar. En tercer lugar, pedir la contraseña wifi era como tener tu mano picados. Pedir la contraseña cuando la persona me respondio son incluso alojando aquí? En vez de preguntar mi número de habitación. Nadie parecía servicial. Alguien debería comprobar la calidad del hotel también porque las habitaciones olían mal y no estaba muy limpio y las sábanas de la cama olía también.

First of all I'd like to say that this hotel has all the basics in a budget hotel but unfortunately what makes it terrible is the service of each staff...
First of all I'd like to say that this hotel has all the basics in a budget hotel but unfortunately what makes it terrible is the service of each staff member who seem to hate their jobs. First of all the concierge is suppose to be welcoming and warm instead it is cold and very miserable. Instead of being asked how can we help they seem upset that you are even asking for anything. We said we have booked rooms and they seem unhappy about us staying there like it's an inconvenience. Secondly we ask for a cot and they said that we should have pre-booked the cot for our 1 year old son who was unwell also at the time. Tried to explain that we forgot ours but the person didn't want to hear it. Thirdly asking for the wifi password was like having your hand chopped off. When asking for the password the person responded to me are you even staying here? Instead of just asking what my room number was. No one in the hotel seemed helpful at all. Someone should check the quality of the hotel also because the rooms smelt bad and were not very clean and the bed sheets smelt also.

Llegué del Campanile Northampton a un ticket de aparcamiento aunque dada nuestra registro de vehículo a la recepción. Llamó y preguntó por qué y me baja con la empresa "Parking Eye". Pensé que era el final! ! ! Luego dos semanas más tarde recibí otra esta vez por 100 libras! ! ! Tuvimos que llamar de nuevo y me aconsejaron que sería cancelada! ! Tendremos que esperar y ver, nadie necesita este tipo de estrés cuando te hospedas en un hotel por una noche.

I am sorry you received a parking fine. However, just giving the car details on your registration card isn't enough. You do need to input it in the touchscreen at the reception too as it clearly says in the various signs around the hotel including our bedrooms. When the guests fail to inout their details correctly in the touchscreen, that's when they receive a parking fine, as in your case. Our car park is free for all our guests providing they input their car details correctly. Hence, we fail to understand how is it the hotel's fault that you received the charge.

Despite of your oversight and as a one off we offered to get the charge waived off for you which does take 7-10 working days. If you have forwarded your charge to us, please be rest assured that it will get cancelled. However the onus does fall on our guests to follow the correct procedure when arriving at the hotel in order to avoid any such recurrences.

I do look forward to welcoming you again to the hotel in the very near future.

Arrived home from Campanile Northampton to a parking ticket even though we given our vehicle Registration to the front desk . Phoned and asked why and was advised they would cancel it with the company "Parking Eye" . I thought that was the end of it !!!Then two weeks later received another one this time for a 100 pound !!! Had to phone again and was advised it would be cancelled!! Will have to wait and see nobody needs this sort of stress when staying at a hotel for a night.

Elegimos el Hotel Campanile, ya que estábamos buscando un hotel económico en la zona de Northampton. El hotel está a unos 15 minutos en taxi de la estación de tren de northampton (aprox. 10 libras por el viaje) y justo al lado de la autopista M1, así que es bastante accesible.

El check-in y check-out fue rápido y el personal era amable. No había secador o plancha en la habitación, pero cuando pedimos prestado estos eran siempre de inmediato. La habitación en sí estaba limpia y bastante tranquilo (algo de ruido de la autopista si abrimos la ventana). La cama era un poco en el lado suave pero esta podría ser mi preferencia personal! Parecía un poco extraño que no había toallas de mano en el baño - sólo grandes toallas de baño. Había un cargo por WiFi pero si reservas directamente con el hotel de cadena en lugar de por otro proveedor reserva creo que leí que el WiFi es gratis. Se ofrece un desayuno continental con nuestra reserva, pero teníamos la opción de pagar un poco más para un desayuno caliente (el típico bacon, alubias, salchichas, croquetas de patata, huevos).

El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y después de leer otras críticas de tripadvisor, este parece haber sido el caso durante bastante tiempo ahora. Yo no veo ninguna indicación de que el hotel estaba en proceso de fijación, así que si tienes movilidad reducida o una maleta pesada que quieras tener esto en mente!

En general, no hay nada que destacar, pero por el precio, era un buen hotel y me volvería a alojar allí de nuevo si se visita la zona de Northampton.

We chose the Hotel Campanile as we were looking for a budget hotel in the Northampton area. The hotel is around 15 minutes by taxi from Northampton train station (approx. 10 pounds for the journey) and just off the M1 motorway, so pretty accessible.

Check-in and check-out were quick and the staff were friendly. There was no hairdryer or iron in the room but when we asked to borrow these they were provided straight away. The room itself was clean and fairly quiet (some noise from the motorway if we opened the window). The bed was a little on the soft side but this might be my personal preference! It seemed a bit strange that there weren't any hand towels in the bathroom - only large bath towels. There was a charge for WiFi but if you book directly with the hotel chain rather than through another booking provider I think I read that WiFi is provided free of charge. A continental breakfast was provided with our booking but we had the option to pay a little extra for a cooked breakfast (the usual bacon, beans, sausages, hash browns, eggs).

The hotel lift was out of order and having read other reviews on tripadvisor, this seems to have been the case for quite a while now. I didn't see any indication that the hotel was in the process of fixing it, so if you have mobility challenges or a heavy suitcase you might want to bear this in mind!

Overall, nothing to write home about, but for the price this was an ok hotel and I would stay there again if visiting the Northampton area.
