I apologise for the over site of your room not being completed by the housekeeping team, we certainly try to make sure that all rooms have towels and all amenities in place before check in even if guests arrive early in the day. The take away cups are in place for those who may want to take there coffee to go in the morning. We try not just to provide a good price for the accomodation but value for money and if we haven't succeeded on this occasion we will continue to work hard to provide this for our customers in the future and hope to receive you at the Campanile Hotel Milton Keynes again.

I am very pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast, that you noticed the good work of our housekeeping team in keeping the rooms clean and the friendly nature of the team. I understand that out of context you may have found the rate a little higher than you expected, we always strive to provide a competitive price and value for our guests stays and the rate quoted was significantly lower than our competitors on the date you stayed as it was Silverstone weekend for the British F1 Grand Prix.
