Interesting facts about Sannois
The famous painter Maurice Utrillo (1883-1955) stayed in Sannois at the beginning of the 20th century. It was there that he produced many paintings, considered his best, from his so-called "white" period. In 1995, a museum was opened in Sannois in his honor, as well as in honor of his mother, Suzanne Valadon. The museum is now under renovation, but you can admire the beautiful building that houses it, La Villa Rosae, when you stay in Sannois with Campanile!
